reinstalled re2 sourcenext and classic rebirth patch and now it works.

I downloaded biorand and selected my re2 game path (D:\Program Files (x86)\BIOHAZARD 2 PC) but biorand tells me "one or more of your room files are missing. Check that your RE 2 installation is integral" I dont know what files are missing because the game and all other mods are working perfectly.
Other question. Do i still need RE1 and RE3 if i dont use re1 and re3 npc/music?

I played the first episode. I went the right way at first, straight to the room with the two zombies and with the password door. If i open the door and go the way to the end, the game crashes with no error. How to fix that? :o
