You quite obviously have installed something incorrectly since your version is not showing correctly. Fix that then bring your bug list.

"drops to 60" LOL. Not a first world problem, its not a problem at all. 60 is perfectly acceptable. Dez and i were just talking the other day saying that even with the unity engine we've never seen anything that looks close to the great visuals from xray.

You don't even bother to login to post here..There is in fact nothing wrong with the weather. People who compare it to vanilla just don't understand that static weather and dynamic weather are worlds apart, actually galaxies apart. If you like static boring weather that changes every hour the same as every other hour and day then just play on static lighting.

Most of these points are just your opinion, not actual bugs. Its great to see this kind of nit-picking because it means the big bugs are gone. Devs can't please everyone's taste, if they tried, no game would ever be released. What you're looking for is a mod for LA.
