Yes. Bit slower and costs more. And torpedos can be dodged with destroyers and frigates pretty easily. They are designed to kill slow moving targets. Like battlecruisers carries and stuff.

Youtube.com here's my youtube channel, it haves pretty long series of videos how i did this tank. It also includes texturing. Last part is still under production, because i had no time to do it yet. Plus look for "PBR metalness workflow" tutorials. That's how i basically did it. This tank haves 5 different texture maps. Albedo/diffuse, Specular, Metalness, Normal and Roughness. Look tutorials at least for Metalness and Roughness maps, because they are the thing what makes renders like this possible.

actually i had some parts without teamcolor before i tryed this teamcolor set. and that antenna thing is fixed allredy.
it really depends how this ship is going to be used in this mod..
yes it could have some fixes but, when i gived this to complex team it was not fully finished(but i wanted to give this version because, i am not sure when i fully finish this) and i was testing some stuff with it like how textures look etc. so not really a final textures.
i use win 7 64bit also and no problems.. strange... but try version 4 cfhoded maybe it helps
hmm.. i dont like how it looks especially with bright colors like blue or red.. they just dont fit to halo universe i think.
But maybe making team colors appear around badge/or small part of ship, so it would not color whole ship. just a suggestion.
Look at that turret down left corner.. you see it's barrels? 1 of them is missplaced :)
pic is taken from cfhoded so filtering is only program issue. turret is ok and it wont interfere with engine. but there's someting else here which is wrong
