Does Stealth affect visual detection? For example, will guards and cameras looking in your direction allow you to get closer before they spot you?

So Energy Transference gives you bio-energy and stamina whenever you down an enemy using low-tech (i.e. physical contact) weapons?
Also, why does the new gmdxmod site provide much less detailed information than the old one?

Bug report: Some times the F1 inventory key fails to work. Hitting Escape to get to the menu, and then going back to the game makes the F1 key work again.
I am on Windows 7 x64, this was discovered with v9.0
