Its globalmodelspc.tex in global folder thats responsible. If you have a modified version of manhunt 2 enabling beta content then that file has been modded to include textures for the extra content such as weapons. Workaround dont use that file from this mod. All levels will work including the blood fx. Unfortunately bees honey pot wont load when using this mod and beta content, so you have to uninstall the damage_system.tex in global/pictures and not use this mod for that level.
