Hey need a little bit of help, I am using the JSGME tool to install mods, but when I try to enable any mod file, it says that it will overwrite files with AO3 or Outfit Addon. Anyone know a fix to this or what I am doing wrong?

My recent Lost Alpha installed and played just fine. I installed patch 1.3002 and it doesn't let me change option or start a new game. Any help? :)
