Hello , could you make a mod withour particles or a mod wich removes all particles , im on an low end pcs and i love rotr and shockwave but i get around 10 fps mid game

am i the only one who dosnt know how to install the mod? i cant find the generals.exe file in condition zero.rar what should i do? i tryed reading the how to but i cant understand..help?
