as a modder myself. I can concur with the fact that even just adding a couple new troops into the game can be painstaking work. So good job man, keep up the good work and remember that no matter how frustrating things can get, keep going through it and take plenty of breaks when things get stressfull or hard. make stuff you wanna see and have fun with it!

If you're trying to download it and its trying to save as a "3[1]" file, click the download in another mirror option, and use gamefront.

I had the same problem, all you have to do is Uninstall it, then reinstall it. It worked for me
