Still getting this error -- I also have it on an external. ETW doesn't like any other place than Program Files x86 and it's quite upsetting.

edit: fixed by just launching through Steam.

Hey there! Just wanted to say that I love the mod, and had much, much fun playing 1.7 over the years, but was quite disappointed when I installed v2.0. It seems that the player starts off with ludicrous amounts of resources and 15 command points. Where is the fun in gaining that? It's the main reason the mods are enjoyable - to work your way up. Was not impressed by this... Imgur.com 30 seconds into the game. Cool that you added Soviet Union, though (even though doesn't work in HotFix, but probably because I'm running from the Steam version).

Everything else is compatible with the Steam version folks.

The setup wont even launch. Just stuck at 1700K and I've disabled my anti-virus to.

And I really want to play this mod.
