i do everything im supposed to do and i donwload it to the last % then theres an error saying that it cant do it because because some i/o action is already running or something what do i do wrong?

I cant find the Honour guards and i cant costumize my Chapter master i think it is because i downloaded the beta but i cant download others. i unrar it and then it goes all the way to the end and then there comes an error what do i do?. I plau TT space marines so i really wanna know
