You have to move your units separately, one unit per army to have near 0% chance of revolt. The more units in an army without general the bigger probability of revolt. This was made due that captains have minimal loyalty and can handle only one unit and since an army is led by one captain it revolts because his authority is too low to command multiple units. I know that it is a bit annoying feature in 2019 but the mod was made for hardcore niche players long time ago and for us it was fun feature (The more features you could squeeze from Medieval engine the better:). Games were more complicated back then.

TLDR: Use generals (loyal ones) whenever possible, if not, move your units separately from town to town and then pick them up with general.

Sorry for posting it here but I can't enter your forum site somehow to post a bug report. I have a character of a Vale culture and I could enter faction merchant in Vale cities from the beginning even if I wasn't a vassal. Now I am a vassal of Volantis and I can't enter their faction merchant. I get the message that I am not associated with them. I think it is a bug. Downloaded 3.6 hotfix and this problem still persist.
