This mod turns an already great game into an amazing one. While difficult, harsh, and unforgiving at times, it is understandable as life truly would be in The Zone; which makes it that much more satisfying to know that your character has lived another day. Graphics and lighting are amazing and NPC AI could use a little more work but remains leaps and bounds above vanilla AI. Truly, if there ever was a museum dedicated to game modifications, MISERY would be one of its finest exhibits.
