Can we enlist in an army? Because wherever I talk to a Lord/Emir or King/Sultan there's no ''I want to enlist in your army''.

Carthage's soldiers: Elite infantry was coming from Tunisia and were pretty much like the roman legions (except the colors). Cavalry came from Numidia and were called numidian cavalry. We got also some iberian soldiers (infantry and cavalry) and gallic infantry and cavalry. Please make sure that we got these as I want for the first time, a realistic Carthage in M&B.

Can you please do your best to improve the realism of arab/muslim troops? Though they are good in 1257 but not that realistic. Also, is there a possibility to become a Mamluk as we can, on the opposite, join a crusade and become a crusader? Thank you
