Modders have top face the fact that their creations work around and/or override the original game's restrictions in the process of modding.
No, it's not malicious or necessarily unwelcome--but it is hacking.

No, once the version of Torchlight 2 is updated, the folder will exist, as said creation is part of the updating process.
As he said, the crafting system is not just hardwired, but adding an extra crafts set would take the mod over the limit.
As for your suggestion? The creator had extensive help in making the mod: for a expansion mod, which is what we're talking about here, we'd need some talent volunteering their time and skills..
Before I download.. would it play on Windows 7? Because the main game won't, severe compatibility issues, and I got the thing off of Steam!
I'm uninstalling D2/LoD and reinstalling then patching to 13c. As it turns out, trying to backpatch, the damn thing won't let you. How messed up is that?
The problem lies in the part of the program that requires the LoD disk to run Eastern Sun.
It's... overzealous. If you've run *ANY* program directly from your computer without a DVD/CD, this error happens. I am well aware many programs are meant to run without a disk in the drive.
I, myself, own several such games. Eastern Sun doesn't differentiate betyween those and a no-CD patch job.
The easiest work-around is to restart your computer before starting Eastern Sun.
Time can be very wonky in the Half-Life universe, so set it as you please.
Do you think this will work in the equivalent folders for the Steam release of the game?
Meaning we then use Final Alert YR to improve them.
