Haha wow, so strange. Right-clicking and pressing open worked! Such an obvious thing to try, but it just didn't occur to me. Not sure why left-clicking the app acted differently.

Hey, I was wondering if you had a fix to my current issue... just bought the game, it looks totally awesome! I just cant' seem to get it to start on my machine... OS is Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4.

Every time I click the app icon, I get the error that says "NEOScavenger can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash." Tried reinstalling, tried re-downloading the zip file, etc... but each time I get the error. When I click the help icon, the error details read as this: "Although this app was signed by an identified developer, the certificate for this app has been revoked. There may be a problem with it. The app cannot be opened. You should check on the Mac App Store to see if there is an updated version of this app, or check with the software developer." Suggestions?

Correction... Desura download isn't working for me either. Getting the same error when I click the unzipped app. Suggestions?

Desura key worked and I got the game that way, but I thought I should tell you that the app provided as a direct download doesn't work.
