Download the old controls patch and change the “w” to up arrow and the “a” to down arrow in the controls menu to use classic Wolfenstein controls.

You need to press shift to walk. If you don’t like this control scheme, there’s a patch available (see main page) for the old control scheme in versions 1.01 and 1.00. It might be better suited for you.

I think I know what is causing the issue with the kill ratio on that level but it’s such a minor mistake that re-releasing another version or a patch to fix it wouldn’t be worth it. As for the treasure issue, I have had players get 100% on that level. You sure you didn’t just miss the last piece of treasure? :) Anyway, I am glad you had a good playing experience. Try clicking on "try another mirror" some people have gotten it to work that way.

There isn't a sequel yet... but I just released a new and improved version with a lot of changes including new levels, new enemies, etc. You also get that "secret weapon" earlier in the game now. :)

Thank you for the comment. I have a new version (Version1.02: Anniversary Edition) coming out soon. Removing the y-axis movement on the mouse is one of the changes I hope to make.

It is not a bug. Crystal balls and Books of the Dead reset to 0 each level (the .pdf manual touches on this).

Yes, editing, including reducing the tempo of the original song, was done. I am glad you like it! :)

I do plan on releasing Version1.01 toward the end of this month (hopefully)... this version will include some minor bug fixes, a detailed .pdf game manual, 1 or 2 secret levels, and possibly a new weapon. I also have plans for an add-on, but I don’t have details about it right now.

There is a READTHIS.txt file in the game folder that should tell you everything you need to know. You can also access information about the game in the game menu (select READ THIS in the game menu).

Is there a file called "ATKWNCSTRSND" in the SNDDATA folder? If so, load it up with a sound program that can play .ogg sounds and see if it plays. It's either 1 of two things: the sound file is corrupted or there is a bug that is preventing it from playing. I notice occasionally when I escape to the menu and then return to the game, sometimes a sound won't work until I reload the game (like door opening sounds sometimes don't work). I'll have to look into it more and hopefully come up with a fix in version 1.01.

Could you please give me more details on what you mean by the "mod Window" closes itself after some time? What exactly happens? Are you playing it on a different resolution other than the game's native resolution (640x480)? Sometimes that causes issues... Are you maybe accidentally pressing something to minimize the game? Or is the game just crashing?
