Sorry, no rough estimation.
Yeah its a weird system, but there could be a compromise where lords exist individually and within a clan.
Something like the CK3 duchy-kingdom system, but that is just hoping for now.
Minimal new options for humans, focus would be on new races.
We will of course need LotR banners.
Currently we are calling clans "Fiefdoms".
You probably can name your kingdom as you wish, but that is as far as it would go in resurrecting Numenor.
We will setup a system for the community to help translate, but that is not ready yet.
Nope, but much thought hasn't been put into sailing, so maybe that will be something we will think of.
No idea what that would entail exactly, so probably not😅
A time traveler!
Mod was announced 9 years ago, not 14. Actual production only for a few, hopefully we can get a release soon.
Calling out? Blocking? Masking? What are you on about?
Lack of communication - as we are communicating.
Thanks for the good luck, hope to see you around as the mod progresses.
It's not about privacy, it's about the lack of time/need/desire to publicize development.
You can call it what you like, but it's based on a lack of insight and an emotional position.
You can be happy though, as you are just thoroughly wrong on your assessment. Or perhaps unhappy, as I see no purpose in your comment besides perpetuating and vindicating your negativity.
No. Knowing about bugs is not preventing release. When it is, we'll likely open testing to parts of the community.
Probably not, it is meant to be simply a village. But we haven't discussed its visuals, it likely will not have a custom scene in the first release.
Feel free to join the discord server where developers are more active. But to be frank, you do not need to know how we are doing. I would rather put my time into the mod than create a video on such.
Rings likely will not be equipment, stat boosting items likely will just be in the inventory itself. We'd like some items that can grant bonuses, but at the moment that is outside of our scope for the first release.
Currently unplanned. The rings and Nazgul equipment are their own. As far as we should know, the Nazgul do not hold their rings. I think its implied they are held in Barad Dur by Sauron. Else they would lose them in situations like when they are defeated and the fords of Bruinen.
No.
"-When will KoA take place in?
January, 3016 T.A. (2 years before The Fellowship leaves Rivendell). It will be possible for the player to attend the Council of Elrond along with other events mentioned in the books & movies."
People are relatively aware already, we are not trying to advertise currently.
Help can be done through development skills.
We can, and will. But not any time soon.
There is no ETA until we are confident in a release timeline.
Ironically, we have been most productive lately, but haven't been posting anything. Will see if we can get some previews soon.
We are busy developing a complete mod, no.
Localization will depend on the community for translations when the time comes.

Doesn't kill motivation, not mine at least. Shows people are interested, whether expressed positively or negatively. Easy to ignore people in any case :p
