I just wanna say - The plastic stock for M1918A2 BAR was adopted in March 1942. The only level in the game that precedes this would be Pearl Harbor, and I don't recall it even appearing in this level. So why change the stock to a wood stock for it? There's no reason for it, it's not a "late war" stock, it was adopted only a few months after the US actually entered the war.

Yeah so there's quite a few inconsistencies with it. I know as far as Phillips in BT goes, I read it on the MOH Wiki that he was supposed to be 82nd but had that Cavalry model, possibly intended to be British originally and then changed. Especially because why would a British cavalry soldier be dropped in a Glider with US Airborne.

As for SH, The D-Day mission definitely doesn't make sense, and I agree it does look more in line with the Netherlands, though Market Garden was a daytime paradrop as opposed to Nighttime. But you're right, British and American paras would most likely have never crossed due to their DZs being behind their respective beachheads, which alone were distant from each other. You're probably right it was just a half-*** finish due to 2015 leaving and making COD from there. It's a fun level for sure but isn't anywhere necessarily specific to france, and def has that error of 1) US and British paras in the same aircraft, and 2) linking up like they did. I think they wanted Barnes to be kinda like Holt from European Assault, whereas he works with all the allies. OSS or not, I don't believe any Americans were present for the Battle in Berlin. Of course I could be mistaken but that mission to me never made much sense.

Hell yea, that sounds awesome. I did think of also the one 82nd Guy, Phillips, who had the British Cavalry playermodel as well despite being an American Paratrooper. Not sure if that'd be something replaceable though. (I made an account, I was the guest.)
