WHY ARE MY MAPS PURPLE ALL THE TIME TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO KNOW FOR THEM TO NOT BE PURPLE AND YES I DO NO ABOTU CHANGING THE SUNLIGHT AND SHADOW COLOURS BUT I LEAFT THOSE NORMAL?????

i want an updated ME from DC because i want the necron monilths for my new map and more stuff in the map new trees, units, snow rain spawning units after a certain timer goes of after u hold the middle for a 1;30 . extra stuff but all i got is the wa and DOW one how do i get a better version?

is this in the fx tool or mission editor?

how do i make it snow or rain or both and change the colkours of the rain

hi i want to replace some of the campaingn maps in DC for me and perhaps otherz how does i do this i hav tried to make i single player but still no change and most maps ppl make are sh*t they just too boring maybe a titan cannon here and their or more of an assualt with 2 -4 bases like a fort? sounds gud doint iot if not ur a mong if u think thats crp.

If i play the maps i've made then, can i play on the internet with otheer ppl'z online with my new maps ? it would b good fun!

what does fx mean? what is it for?and how does it work ? i still can't work out how to send files to dow i dnt get it.

ultra marine u have more stuff too put on maps than i do y??? tell me where to get mor stuff so i can make bettter maps.cause u gots big fire and broken things like chimera and planes and staute...etc... some of your maps i've seen aren't that good for these reasons to me 1st most of urs have 6-8 players which i find not practical because u have to find 5 other ppl to have the same maps mine all are either 2-4 player maps their arent enough 3 player ones i think one 1 i know of so far. and just the layout and on some of them they just seem very similar to all of the old ones u could if anything make them more different i make mine have a shorter or larger fog of war vision range but i't'll tell u in the desc. so its important to read stuff on mine and i admit i do think some of ur are alright but i've never said wow that's spectacular nice job! have I ? this is just my opinon however u do seem to know a lot and u are helpful i think you are good though by the rest of some stuff i've seen the WORST thing waz the 1st tyranid mod that waz W**K! and laughable it was that bad !! even dullsville seem much more intresting! or a dog haveing a poo.

hey i can be your mapper chrish lol and mojojo go to dawn of war filefront.cxo.m then at the bottom go to serch files archives then type in dawn of war tools get the one made in 2005 and install it and make your maps then u can feel free to be in my mapping team ! and chris what do u expect me to do as a mapper? do i need to show u some of my maps because im having troble taking pictures of it> :( i've got a gud few and some arent that gud hell is best for the necrons

ps what does RDN stand for?

so i dn't need 3sdmax 6/7 ? which is wot i could install but havent yet and i want to make fast attk tank fer chaos and some commander with my favourite gun the destructive custom shoota (the one that the flash gitz carry). im getting bored :( i have put a unit in the field which belonmgs to world and is neutral how can i get this to change to a certain persons unit instaed i'd like ta know but most importantly HOW DO I GET DESTRUCTABLE THINGS IN THE MAP MAKER AS WELL AS MAKING NEW UNITS AND GIVING THEM UNIT UPGRADES WITHOUT SPENDING 3 AND A HLF GRAND!!

what iu mean is for instance 2 aginst one and u hold a critical location for lets say 3 mins. and i want a units to come to life or when a player does a spcific thing , also how can i make somthing produce mor poer or req i want a special slag deposit to give 10+ extra power as it has all this equipment around it and pipes another thing i want stuff so that it can cost a little less for a unit type or all unit types when something happens eg, capture a relic with lots of manufacturing terrain buildings it supposed to make the game in a different way to give each battle a different out lokkk worth fighting for i must know as this will really help me a ton

well in the "ME" if i change the map colours and things shodow colour for some reason its always purple and looks g@y but y i do know about the brush but i want the map without the brush tool and stuff itll take too long ive even tried to make it day/night but not many changes very annoying my brothersaid my map is preetty good and hes got a goood opinion about maaps my other brother is excellent a dc but dosent like the maps i make he found a website to counter any race regardless of who ur playing i cant find it though :( ps: when i brush the colurs on the map and reload the map the next day the brush colours are alll gone y?

there is an attribute editor and i allows me to change the caps and health morale techtree , area of effect etc, so where do i save it to the dc folder or copy and paste to dc after dow like wiv da maps?

so when u make a map u juust do anything that comes to ur miond eh? i've got a gud one i think it is mountnous and jungly in cntre oter edge has 2 relics and 4 slag deposits if u zoom out enough at the top of the map it sais DIE this isnt on the game map but the outer edge i still cant work out though how to make new units appear one the map or their is something i neeed an old titan cannon frm DOW-WA so that it costs 300 power to fire and everyone controls one itsa a 6 player map so , how do i get titan cannons on it and/ or my very own loading screen ? so everyone nows i made it, itll say The Masters map or something ...

i no wot ur sain about the slow time taking but its been a year now and 3,500 are they *****G mental!?! so when i saw ur profile it showed a watch mod ,it had with extra units and stuff wats dat about? thx fer telling me about those to controls sounds handy and i cant really think of any map types to make i dnt know!!

oops forgot to mention when the F*** is that tyranid mod out i love those guys + they were one of the fist races when the hek is it gunna b out the FULL version with all of em ?

well alright im not getting into anthing expensive but if u have it perhaps you could possibly make a few monkeys here and their just a suggestion i have a few mor like for a map make it mountainous im making my best map yet looks good should b finished in 2 days it looks gud the middle is jungle the bit b4 the middle is mountains of rok which seperates into 3 routes they all lead to the same place and hidden around their are "secret" artefacts which i havent made yet... but its good if i new how to take pictures of the map i would show u that only infantry can pass the quikest route. im guessin wes is friends now then ?i try to make maps where it isnt the same as all the other boring ones i thinks yours are good in paticular i've seen em and another thing gretihin with a cannon it looks a bit old and crp if u dont mind me saing because i no there stupid but the year 40,000 and they'd copy other races a bt mayb but woteva. but the other stuff looks gr8.If ur on my maps if u download em which i havent as there not made yet ask me about em as their is stuff hard to spot and u can get easily killed if not careful enough in sum or 1 of them i think it's white light the one im making now.

if u make the maps bye urself how does the team work then do they make maps in a map pack and say which ones u keep and throw away? i want to join if possibly if it dosen't cause u any trouble?
i have 1 Q: it sais stelath cover in an option i notice a lot of things and have good inititve i checked it out and it seems that when i make this type of cover it in the game sais that is does this - point1

ps i probably come ere to often dont i but i try not to make small posts they are gennereally long if u can be bothered to read 'em. i want to make a new race with monkeys in em! of different kinds. i presume u need the object editor and/or attribute editor to do this? if so :( but i could try it but it'll b a pain in the but.

So are u in a team of modders of maps and how does it work can i make one or u help toi assemble one plz? p.s. im having troble with the water i make a water in an area but no units of any kind can pass i want it resonably deep but it isnt that deep at all wot should i do ?

pss : which ever unit passes on my map it seems as if they are walking in water because of the sounds when they step and the water rings how do i change this? iv been asking about the team of mappers fer a bit now so could u anser that ?

well i got a map it's alright its got a game camera if u want to watch it in the map maker or mm i think player 1 has a slight advantage though but nobody nows really because im always him. so now i need to give everyone the map i may need some help 4 dat frm u prehaps? im 14 aswell im starting to get bored doing it bye myself can i have somebody else to work in a team wiv me even if it's 1 guy? or 2 could u find me sum1? i cant figure out how to get rid of things on the map how? i mean apart from the undo/redo ?

we dont get the ps3 till march cause they flamingoed it up somehow i mean come on its been 5 years workin on this how much fu*ing longer?!! and i can only save 1 map and its crp the problem is that i dont remember how it waz sorta confusing but i should get it so u frm america then ? i used to livew there myself. im frm the u.k. wots the point making maps if u dont play them ? and if i make a map in the map maker their should b a mini map otherwise i dont have ****** clue where i am like on a map which is 1024x1024 i now want to play wiv u and or me mates when i go online with these maps can they also play without downloading my stuff?
