I took that into account when I created it, but like the normal Kirov it is especially vulnerable to anti-air-aircraft.
Here are some tips on how to counter a Kirov Raveship:
If you're Allies; you could create Apollos, Allied Titans, Asura Towers, Chronoswap it away, and even use Athena Cannons to long range them from the ground.
If you're Empire; you could use Mecha TheGunrun, Shogun Battlestars, Waveforce Tri-Cannons, Tankbuster Spam, and also Yuriko.
If you're Soviets; you can use Natasha Clones, Bullfrog/Flack Trooper Spam, Gunthers, Magnetic Satellite, and definitely the Gravity Inverter Towers.

Actually, it isn't. "Retarded" is just part of the name. Nowhere in my mod do I making any remarks offending the physically challenged.
I do agree that the word retarded shouldn't be used as a word to describe people. But the word retarded just recently have gotten its negative connotations. Retarded means "being slow". This mod is meant to be satirical.
Anyway I am glad that my campaign to arise controversy, in my mod's name, is finally working as a method to gain popularity.

Hey, the only thing you need to download for the mod to work is "Zero Hour Retarded V4". But if after you install the mod you get horible in game lag, then you should download "Retarded Lag Patch" and apply if over the initial install. Also if you think you will not be able to install the mod due to its huge size you can allways download "Zero Hour Retarded Lite" which is the 7mb version of my mod. Enjoy Retarded :D

Hey guys, I've been hearing reports of people getting serious lag after download Retarded V4. Sorry about this. I keep forgetting not everyone has a computer with a 128MB video card... Right now if you're experencing lag I sugest that you download this lag patch I made just for you. BTW If you know anyone else who is suffering just give them this.

Ever since I was 13 I've been modding for C&C. What makes my mod unique and so popular is the way I approach modding. When I first set out to create Retarded I envisioned a mod that would break all the walls, set itself apart of everyone else.
