The map is looking great. I can't wait to play as the Numenorean Kingdoms. I hope it's quite a challenge.
Have you considered implementing some strat mmodels from divide and conquer? Dwarven towns, wildman castles etc.

Small bug encountered (playing as Ostland) - one of my diplomat's portrait takes on the ui of whatever I selected last. Bit strange to have a barracks walking about the map.
