Go within the database folder of the mod and copy one of the databases (either within "ms" or "org") to titan_quest_frozen_world/database/
This should fix your problem.
org= no mastery changes
ms= includes mastery changes by PinkFrog
Hint: Usually the installer does it this automatically. Now you have to do it manually.

there is bug with the actual installer, if you are having trouble with the installer, check out the news for a fix

yes, thats correct....it is actually not really hard to mod for Titan Quest..it is just really really buggy ;)..(it may happen that it even destroys your maps!)
