whats a Forerunner??? hehe, sorry. but true, yes you might be able to get portraits for the forerunners from the halo: legends, but I would not consider that to be the "final" image of the forerunners, as they might show in halo 4... just saying...

well becuase the admirals wanted that task, so when they won they would get all the "glory and praze" for a "flawless victory"
Actually I am pretty sure that the UNSC carrier is 3km long, I think the super carrier is 5km long... if I am wrong, please tell me where your sources are...
I get my info from halo pedia and halo wiki (yes I know they both may not be the most accurate)
I think that is a hugh discrepancy, as it is the only time that its' mentioned about a longsword squad being attached to a frigate.
Then again, I don't think the writers always think that the readers will pick it apart when it comes to detail
NO, the Midlothian was a destroyer in a battle group (not sure what battle group) in-route to the planet Algolis. Before they arrived, was attacked and over-runned by the covenant. While the Mona Lisa was the prisoner ship with the flood.
I just read the book (Mona Lisa) and watched the halo waypoint vid (Midlothian).
