A knighthood system for non-orlesian andrastians, and a chevalier system would be a nice little touch.
The chevalier system could maybe be an event chain representing the various tests of the chevalier academy, which would slowly shape the personality of the child you sent off, give them stat benefits, or cripple them.
And I'm not sure how the other Andrastian knights work, I assume they just take squires to train, and the King (and possibly Teryns) can knight people at will.
Also you might be able to represent the Grand Game of Orlais by putting all Orlesian nobles in a public society, that would allow them to use abilities to represent different "plays" (slander, hiring bards, sponsoring etc.) in the grand game, dynamically create powerful players through the ranking system (like how Lady Mantillion was the most sought out influencer), and might be easier to create than huge event chains.
