Every translation is done by the community, we only help with technical matters. If I recall correctly, right now there's only one guy that contacted us about translated to French and he started working on it, but he will not be able to finish it on his own, it's too much of content to translate (600 000 words). We would need to extract the font from original Chinese release of Gothic 1 / Gothic 2. Our localization source files are available on GitHub in JSON format with UTF-8 encoding: Github.com Right now most teams work on Crowdin platform (Russian, Italian, Czech and German) but we don't have more money to buy another language there. Other teams like Spanish or Ukrainian work on GitHub. But probably it's too much work for one or two translators (650 000 words to translate). I don't know much about how to properly encode Chinesse characters into the game, but if you manage to assemble a team of translators we can help you with technical details.
