Open up desired mod and go to Data\Attrib\Weapon using the mod studio and search for weapons named guard...bunker...
Of those weapons, the ones named flamers are actually the plasma guns and the remaining are the lasguns and the bolters. Once you open the weapon files search for max range and increase it. In case Corsix's fails to open just search for the required dll on google and you are set to go.
