Hello fellow mod friends, as this mod is sadly abandoned but still awesome and clunky. i wanna give you some help getting this thing running.
You need any version of F.E.A.R, GoG Steam or CD does not matter, install fresh and then unpack the mod in that game directory, where your .exe of the game is, for anyone that has no idea where, frankly learn it but here is a tip. After your fresh install there should be a shortcut on your desktop, right-click on it and select "open File Location" e voila.
F.E.A.R is old, and because of that you probably will need this: Community.pcgamingwiki.com
just follow the instructions, it will prevent the game from slowing to a crawl within minutes.
Also, the game is buggy, it crashes often, so use quicksave. but you may run into problems like i did.
After you end mission 3 you load into the new mission, and it ALWAYS crashed on me during load, here is what fixed it. I couldn't fix it, but you can skip the level.
Map the "Talk" key ingame and use it to say ingame :maphole
This will end you into the next map and you can continue.
