Another comment/Question where do I find NVG?

It says that when I fast travel I am taking damage from dehydration.

Explain that to me. This is how I installed.
1: Put file folders in data folder in fallout 3 directory
2: Launched falloutlauncher.exe and checked in the box Fallout 3 reborn and other assets.(I didn't use mod manager because I am experiancing problems with it.)
3:I launched with fose.

Btw I have archive validation validated. Thanks in advance.
PS: Nice mod anyways i just can't fast travel cause of the problems.

Sounds nice I jest joined moddb as a member and i currently mastered crysis modding but I am pretty new to BF2 modding. So I don't know if I should join.
