while players like to recognize in game things that look close to picture of "real world", already known from everyday life, I would say "ROUTINE". And routine look of life is usually ignored due to art transference in games and films (but for last 10 years showing "detalized reality" became special effect in hollywood, you can feel the "detalized routine reality as art" if compare first 10 minutes of "Harry Potter 3" with previous two "HP" episodes. Recognizing life routine elements makes story more realistic as if it happened in same life you live. But same time, life gives so "unrealistic" stories, that they look like some picture from hollywood scenario:).

I'm just was a fan of this game fro it's release time, and because of this game I started to search history, mythology, vimanika-shastra and other things )))

no, in present time I don't believe in time machine and magic (as magic shown in hollywood and games), but... the world is very interesting at all and it had a different types of feeling and viewing reality :) Everyone create it's own world, in which he believe, but any believe is often creates "unreal" events :)

at least gsc done as often ukranians do - made promotion on poor history pages that we have to deal with (as also you may heard about Golodomor 1932-1933, which is often promoted abroad as "our own national tragedy - genocide ", so many began to think that Golodomor informational campaign for ukranians is the same as Holocaust campaign for jews. As for me - I don't like then such tragedies are used in politics to make one's career) - cause many before first associated Ukraine exactly with Chernobyl.

But, at least gsc made many to made Ukraine known abroad and that we can do really good FPS (unlike Russia - they good in other genres): stalker, metro 2033, Cryostasis. As out journalists say, STALKER made for ukranian promotion even more than our foreign ministers do. Because, people began to interest in Ukraine, so, maybe they would be interest in it's real face, not only post-apocalyptic post-soviet culture :)

By the way - do they take official license for hunt or just payed bribe, as our corrupted officials do?

I just want you not to believe such videos as "reality". It is just their fantasy outdoor games with some killed "mutant" lives.

sorry, i'm ukranian and I can say - really no mutants and no beasts.
Only such persons who feel themselves "hunters".
ALL creaturs in Chernobyl (even fish) has not seen hunters for many years - so animals not afraid man and dont ran. And such so on hunters can kill them easily.

this video is so UGLY and desinformational that remind some brutal cliche used by authors to pormote themselves. It is the same as to believe to "picture of reality" created by some neo-nazi or sectants.

Believe me, there is no RADIOCTIVE animals, especially beasts in the zone and only wildlife that feel itself free from human. It is even called "Chernobyl Wildlife Sanctuary". And only "beasts" that you can find there is giant fish(not mutants)that do not afraid man and such "turists" who think themselves "brave" hunters.

If they would just play games as gsc or tolkien fans do - no problem, but they seem to think of them like cowboys.

If somebody would come to Japan and make ssuch "fantasy"-report from Fukusima - he would be just hated byu internet users, who know the REAL situation.
