Great custom story, here's my opinion as I experienced it-

Pros: Detailed and unique level design, great use of custom and AMFP objects, quality use of effects and scripted sequences (including an amazing intro credit sequence). Fairly descent story with good pacing that keeps the player interested, has a good plot twist, and manages to explain most everything in the end. Characters are generally more well developed, and are more important than usual in most other custom stories. Voice acting is pretty okay, the dialog was clever at times. Good choice of soundtrack, and other sound design used in the effects. Unique puzzles, though not always conventional- still different.

Cons: The setting did not exactly stick to a particular theme; ex. the build-up gets you hyped for exploring Belvoir castle, but then (spoilers) halfway through, the setting diverts to a handful of different locations. The other places are all still really-well developed, but after the player leaves the manor, the build-up of scary effects and atmosphere that are used there diminishes as the game goes on, and it made me wish that there was more focused on the castle. Pig monsters were used just a tad too much to be very scary or unexpected.

Anyway, that's my impression. Still, I would recommend this one!
