Found the error relates to the addon: Score. Disabled that and everything works.

Am using the Behaviour and More Weapons addons with no issue (love snoozing guards!), but the Efficiency addon won't let the game load at all ¯\_(ಠ﹃ಠ)_/¯

Here to say exact same error conditions, But only on second play-through and not on "Inglorious Mode".

This --along with Ultimate_DoomVisor and Doom_neural_upscale in BrutalDoom-- makes this game worthy of a re-release as a modern title, to defeat all of the crap seen on Steam lately.

Maybe it can be integrated into BD, Sergeant-mark-iv?
