The Offical Total War Three Kingdoms had beautiful graphics, lovely views, and was just gorgeous to look at.
The Mod, Rise of Three Kingdoms, did to the gameplay and feel of the time period, what Total War Three Kingdoms did for the visuals.

Plenty of potential. Not dead. Well worth the time to play.
