Oh, damn. My bad, the suit just doesn't appear in spawn menu, but writing "travel_outfit" in "spawn by section" spawns the vest.

I'm running into a weird issue. I have only K6-3 helmet, but I don't have the vest. I'm playing on 1.5.0 (beta 3.0) with update 4.
I noticed that the "Nomad" suit has a changed description.
