Hey, great work on the mod all. Have encountered a big bug however;
I am playing as France, currently year 1795, major bug is that I cannot recruit units in any region except for generals and militia. Full army buildings or cannon buildings are not having any affect. Have just had a revolution and no help after, still cannot recruit only in some regions and limited troop types.
Any thoughts on how to fix? Is it related to the period change over perhaps?
Can provide screens if needed.
