At the moment we're just taking abit of time off, you know real life has been catching up with many of us along with the mod's development team with various things like school, college, social life etc etc.

More details about upcoming renders & so on will be coming in the next few weeks/months, I'll keep you & everyone updated.

The AC-130 will be a buildable unit for the Air Force, but will be expensive and will require a separate structure since the AC-150 Death Bringer will be a heavy gunship as standard.

However it will take some time for me to modify the weapon sets and sort out how it'll react ingame, the concept is a good idea but it'll take some time before I can get a controllable variant operational for Ace Air Force with a heavy airfield that can support the large size of a controllable AC-130 & other aircraft, but still keep the ideas rolling.

Red Alert Zero is a project between RoC modeler V.Metallic and another members of our wikia, its not one of the projects the RoC crew is working on at this time since Reign of Conflagration is my primary focus, but I have authorized V.Metallic & his friend to work on post the progress by all means.

If you do have any further questions or would like to ask about any information about Red Alert Zero, it would be wise to speak to V.Metallic since he does know more about RAZ than I do.

Precautions have already been taken to ensure there won't be another half-year delay like last year, the latest RoC build has be backed up so if we do encounter a hard-drive crash again we'll continue off from where we left.

Similar to the GDI Hover MLRS, antennae on the side of the rocket launchers along various other bits that will resemble said unit from Tiberian Sun's concept art. They'll be sorted out soon.

Also, from a post from on bottom, I'll post an announcement on when a stable release for Reign of Conflagration soon & destined for this year, I'll advise on that later on this year.

Thats correct Neo, the Reaper is an advanced anti-vehicle and anti-aircraft amphibious combat vehicle that can be ideal for attacking any hostiles from behind, or even in the waters, but will require a promotion since it will place of the Paladin for the Airforce General.

And everyone, a stable alpha release of Reign of Conflagration will be a priority for this year and we'll make sure we release one this Summer or Autumn time if circumstances are good, also real-life will be an obstacle but I have overcame it and I'll advise further on said release in an announcement soon.

Its not completely finished just yet, however, model wise that is.

Coding is all good along with the animations for the hovering effect & weapon but I will be looking at making the finishing touches to the Reaper before releasing a stable build.

Unfortunately it won't be for supply drops I'm afraid.

But there will be another cargo plane that will be assigned with supply drop zones & also a redone Paradrop ability for the USA however.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will be working on the MEA's Command Center once I do conduct testing on the structure, its skins are not final but I will be working on those further to ensure quality over quantity, likewise thanks for the idea & criticism.

I did have trouble finding a good skin for the garage, but I will be looking at an alternative skin to use for the final model, I'll advise on the final version once I finish up testing.

I'll add those into the improvements and plans for the Mortar Site, I've seen ideas such as men being killed by garrison cleaners & such, Mortar Pits etc etc.

Sounds like a good idea, I'll sort out the changes as specified once I get the MEA ready for adding into the game.

I've kept it around the same perimeters of the USA's Command Center but I will expand the size of the bottom portion and also place the flag within the courtyard, also the garage portion of the structure will be shortened down by all means to stick with a similar size to Dozers & MCVs, likewise it won't take much time but I'll sort those out sometime later on during development.

I thought of the idea for a metal door like on most structures/command centers within the original game, but if a skin change would be applicable I'll be happy to change the skin.

Thanks for pointing that out, Cyborgs will be present in RoC but however they won't be just named Cyborg since there will be one in the ranks of the Forth Reich of Yuri.

We do have plans to cyborgs as infantry in one of the Eurasian Commonwealth's combat branches that will react similar to infantry with various strengths & weaknesses, stay tuned for further and thanks for your support.

That can balance gameplay, I'll experiment that in the coding and see what results it'll produce by all means.

Also, Woozle has given us an idea for Mortar Pits, so we'll possibly have various types of designs for the Mortar Sites and see what type of results they'll give us.

True, you got a point on that.

However I don't think the game engine Generals is based on will allow Mortar Pits, but I can give it a try by all means with some techniques through modelling. Also with the garrison feature I'll keep that in by all means to keep things unique, however China will be having a similar system but being a multi-role defense.

The design is being redone so I'll consider the Mortar Pit idea and also adding the garrison back in, its all about experimenting with various & possibly weird combinations in the end, but I appreciate the ideas and criticism. Thanks kindly

May want to bare in mind that the model is currently not final and will be redone for the GLRF and also the coding will be redone to use 1 mortar cannon instead of having 2 for balancing.

Also it won't have the ability to garrison the structure, so it'll be a regular base defense competing with the USA's Patriot Missile, Company Gun Turrets and many others.

We also mentioned a new Anti-Aircraft site, we'll show a preview render of it sometime next week for round 2 of the Upcoming Stealth Render series, also the Stinger Site is still ingame until further notice so we can get the GLRF ingame to build the Mortar Site & AA Sites, we'll sort that out sometime later.

Just a quick update, a video of the Mortar Site is done, just need to check it first before I upload it and also it will include a notice from me as a heads up since the model will be changed.

Also coding will be changed to a new specification since I did find some game breaking issues, the coding will also be updated for that.

Cheers for the ideas, I'll look into remodeling the mortar cannons and remaking the base of the structure, also the Company of Liberty, the GLRF, Middle East Alliance and the New Andes Armada will have will have separate base defenses for dealing with threats, the ECSN, Yuri's Reich, China and USTF forces will be the only factions that will have multi-role defenses.

I would use the Spiderhole like in Generation X but I would like to keep the use of public models to a minimum, but it will be redone. I'll do some testing on the defense since its ingame and see what the others think, also like before, thank you for the criticism & ideas.

True, the defense will be annoying to face but I will re-design it once I finish up testing, likewise thou, I'll scrap the garrison idea to balance it out. Some of the factions will have multi-role defense structures, around 3 or 4 factions including the USTF and China will get this one.

I see you've been looking at the Wikia, the Unknown Robot Empire will make an appearance as a playable faction and an enemy faction but only in a Mission Series, its also replacing the Boss General for RoC's re-designed Generals Challenge, I won't release any info about it just yet but I'll release something about them once the time is right. For the Middle East Alliance I'll add their story into the summary, thanks kindly for pointing it out.

Overall:
I'll post a video of the current model in action to see if the structure is good, if there is something that could break the balance during gameplay I'll remove some bits. Thanks for the critics and ideas gents.

And whoa, fast replies, I'll make sure the ideas are done before we release a stable release.

Ey Adam, people on the Proxmod page are only giving you ideas on how to improve the models and also trying to help, theres no need to be rude to them.

If they criticize one of your models, ask them what makes the people who is criticizing them uncomfortable with them and reply to them in a calm manner, they can be helpful for various situations. Their opinions can help us to improve the models, I'm not trying to be rude but I am seeing if I can help you out.

Like one of my models for example:

Say if someone thinks something is wrong, ask'em what it is and they'll give you an idea on what is wrong and they'll give you some ideas to improve the models.

Take their criticism in a calm manner, don't go spouting out or shouting at them, they are only trying to help you out.

The Minor factions are inspired by RA3 Paradox, also they will be available from Neutral Tech Structures that will be scattered across maps in Skirmish modes, they'll make appearances as enemies to fight or help in a new re-designed Generals Challenge and also in a series of new missions.

We have many other Minor Factions for players to deploy, also the Minor Factions will be random on Skirmish maps depending on environments, we'll introduce them sometime later on.

Good question

I have made some salvage armour for it but it won't have any weapon upgrades since it may overpower it to keep the Maus balanced. It will have the benefit of additional armour through salvage upgrades on the turret, chassis and sides, including the front.

I may release a salvage upgrade render of it but the skin for the salvage upgrade I've done may suck, but I'll post it thou and any improvements are welcome.

Similar to Red Alert's timeline, but however the leader of Germany will have a different name since RoC's version of WWII won't have the same roots as the real-life WWII

However it won't be Einstein zapping the leader like it did in Red Alert, but however he will appear, but with a different alias and also a German back ground (to make it friendly for our German followers).

Just to clarify so we don't offend anyone, Germany in the new World War II Expansion won't be based on its realistic counterpart from the real world.

Instead, Germany will be the heroes in something different instead of the usual roots like in many other games/mods, weapons, armour and aircraft from real-life WWII will appear in the new expansion but however details won't be released until Reign of Conflagration's release for Generals Zero Hour comes out.

Also, just to say real quick, don't make any racist remarks against the Germans due to World War II, please.

You all are correct on the tank on the top left, also the bottom left is the classic Construction Yard indeed, but it is incorporated into something Generals is known for, we'll release images of those 2 in the next few days, good guesses thou :)

Also, for the ones on the right, there are chances to guess what they are still so I'll give you guys some clues tomorrow, stay tuned ;)
