Whoops, forgot to login. So, is there any chance to get source code of modded GZdoom? Atleast I would be able to build binary on my own.

Nvm, I had to reload my previous save to solve this problem. I think, you have to to something with this button, because just one excess pressure may ruin some hours of your walkthrough.

Where to go next? None of available switches work (except those who open doors), one wooden door doesn't open, one big gates doesn't open due to low level of energy.
