So, is CoC development basically dead at this point?

Technically they're both supposed to be 4x IRL, the PSO must have a bad description, or maybe the weapon mod you're using got it incorrect.

I used this with AO, and I really like the open-ness of these scopes, but I have a few issues. This was several months ago, so I'm not sure if this has changed since then especially with the official release of 1.5, so if this is irrelevant then please ignore. That said, here we go:

First, the ACOG. I really dislike this reticle, it takes up so much space in the scope it's impossible to actually aim, and the lines are so thick even if you could see your target you can't line up an accurate shot. This either needs to be changed, or have an option to customize, which leads to my next point...

I'd really like to see this with customization options. For example, an option for using the normal AO ACOG reticle (i.e. the red chevron, but with the open background), or allowing the scopes on any of the bolt-action snipers with built-in scopes on other weapons, maybe the option to replace PSO with L96 reticle, just an example. Another good one would be the PU scope, I find lining up the reticle is a little difficult, maybe being able to replace with any other reticle in the game, or the option to increase the magnification of it even.

On the PSO, I find the red to be too opaque to see well, especially at night. This also reminds me, the Russian optic that is similar to the Kobra (I forgot the name, something like KP9? idk, the other Russian red dot :P) still has that odd pixelated reticle that is off shape and off target.

Finally, if this mod could add scopes to handguns that would be amazing. I've always wanted to have a low magnification scope on a Desert Eagle. Then we could have proper pistol-only runs. I am not aware of any mods that do this for CoC or any other STALKER game, so it might be a long shot seeing as these are just retextures of existing scopes and modifying the magnification and FOV. But if someone will make a handgun scope mod, I will love you forever

Thank you! I've been thinking about making a config like this, but it takes so much work and I'm not sure how to fix zoom values, only damage/weight.

Why do I have to use 75 FOV for the zoom? I like playing on 65. 75 is wayyyy too high, but the zoom makes it really annoying.

My effectors.ltx file and the knife sound files are gone, meaning I can't remove headbob or change the knife sounds/range with the ZRP configurator. Also, there is a bug with the unique Lightened Enfield L85A1 that makes the thing weigh 87.48 kilograms (ironic because it is supposed to be "lightened"). According to the wiki it's the wpn_l85_m2, but when I looked in the w_l85 config, the weight is set to 3, whereas the l85_m1 has no inv_weight line, and the standard l85 line is set to 5. I've edited the line to different values, and when picking it up, it still weighs 87 kilos.
EDIT: I figured out why it weighs so much and now I feel stupid. For some reason it has 7,500 rounds loaded in it. Unloading the gun returns it to its regular weight. I guess Master (the stalker that carries the Lightened L85) truly was the master.

High quality models, shame they are still mirrored.

I keep getting an error when trying to download it. Maybe it's because I don't have a dropbox? IDK

It technically works with AO 3.1 as it doesn't cause any issues, but it uses the STCoP scope reticles. I personally like the AO reticles better. If you meant an AO reticle version, I would very much like to see this.

I get the exact same error log with AO + EVA + 4AM. "Can't find texture: map\map_l12u_monolith_control\"
The crash occurs in Dead City and Army Warehouses, making it impossible to get to Radar from the lower half of the map. I had to reinstall CoC without 4AM because of this. Hoping that @massicio will fix it soon, this is one of my favorite mods.

Download WinRar or 7zip. Open or extract the mod file and click the subfolder inside. You should see "Screenshots," and "gamedata." Ignore the screenshots. Find your Clear Sky folder (should be under Steam>steamapps>common>STALKER - Clear Sky, if you have steam version), and open it. Now take the "gamedata" file from the mod folder and place it in the Clear Sky folder. If it asks you to replace any files, hit yes to all. It's pretty simple. Most STALKER mods use the same method of installation.

This is one of my favorite mods for CoC and a must-have for Arsenal Overhaul. However, it is continually causing crashing in the Army Warehouses, Dead City, and occasionally Truck Cemetery for me, no matter how many other mods I use on top of it. There may be more areas I am not yet aware of, as those are the only ones I have encountered. Please continue updating this mod, I will be watchful.

Arsenal Advanced merges some version of AMK with LURK guns/animations, some OGSE HUD and PDA features, as well as reinstates some of the cut mutants (Cats, Chimera, Burer, Zombies, Izlom, etc). It might be worth a try if you like the LURK guns.
