This is absolutely the best mod I've ever played. That said, it is in fact far better than any other fully-financed title, too (including original Deus Ex). THANK YOU, guys! You've done amazing job.

I would say that if it is a WIP, then it's marvelous. But if it's final, then you guys should work on it a bit longer.
