I actually had a few ideas for the Nassar, but I don't know how to model nor do i know how large you want to make that faction or its ships.

I am truly impressed by how annoying you are becoming. Don't you have better things to do like learn English or I don't know work on your mod? Oh thats right you have Baroness and Oni do all of your work for you. Please please read your posts before or at least know that it is spelled "hi." Obviously you hate this kind of project because they want to keep their models for themselves and not simply homogenize every single mod out there. One last thing by the way... if you hate Pouk and his work so much then why do you use his models?

Would it be possible to make the Vaygr frigate anti-fighter missiles available as a subsystem? Perhaps on the sensor's slot.

You should really learn to type correctly and review your posts before posting. Its Pouk prerogative as to whether or not he wishes to share HIS models with the rest of the community. Pouk takes time to care for what the people on his mod suggest, but when I went to the Complex mod there are many people with questions that go unanswered and clearly questionable gameplay. There is no real need for a fleet to have power generators its a ridiculous step backwards for a space-faring fleet. There is no rhyme or reason to Complex and no real answers for those looking for them. Believe me R.E.A.R.M. is by far a better mod in all aspects from gameplay, to ideas, and through support. Not to mention R.E.A.R.M. is only in its alpha stages where Complex is reaching the end of its life.

Ha thanks. It's actually a magic card art lol.
But that might the issue because I've only noticed that issue against the Hiigs' bombers. Thanks for looking into it and being around for troubleshooting.

-Its actually the construction subsystems like the Cap Ship and the Frigate subsystems. I was playing as the Vaygr and it was against the Higs

Great Mod and a great release, but I think there are a few bugs. The first is I can't find the Vaygr research for their advanced frigates. The second issue is that the subsystems are now taken out in a single pass by bombers, not sure if this is intentional but its really frustrating when you almost have the MBC built and a single bomber takes out the subsystem in one shot. Otherwise its a great mod and I love the Kadeshi

That makes sense and sounds pretty efficient. What i meant by subsystem was something like a special hyperspace module that would allow you to call in the ally ships, but I like the idea of getting the production ship.

That sounds fair, but by weapon pods do you mean a subsystem that gives the ship weapons? So what were you thinking for the other carriers? Sorry for all of the questions but I'm excited about the mod.

This is a little bit random, but I was playing today and I forgot to watch one of my carriers. Apparently I let it go towards the enemy and it got swarmed and destroyed. Basically what i was wondering was if there was any way to either make a strike carrier or perhaps have a research that allows the point defense guns to actually do something like fire 2-3 times as fast which would make capital ships a little more like an actual flagship capable of dealing with a fair number of fighters.

I really like the design of this ship. It seems to me like the the weaponry is almost as much an exhaust port for the massive engine, like it is launching gobs of expended plasma or something similar... just a little of my mind trying to wrap around the fictitious but feasible design systems lol.

I know this is a little late, but I just wanted to throw my 2 cents into this whole concept thing. I had an idea of giving it rapid firing missiles with medium damage, and twin forward facing Ion-beams. I just think taking the rapid firing lighter attack of the Kadeshi and putting it onto a battle-cruiser would be a change of pace. However I do not agree with the capturing idea, it would give the AI and the other players an unfair advantage. Perhaps an extra research step should be added instead like the chassis and then the weapons systems.

So Pouk, is this version compatible for on-line play? I'm having issues trying to play any Homeworld 2 version online. It always says host not found. Any suggestions?

Also the engine colors should remain the same because the factions have different weapons, not different propulsion systems. Lights are a non-issue as well seeing as there would be confusion as to the purpose of them. This is all in-game story/ detail things anyway so feel free to disregard my ramblings.

I recently applied this mod and I think it really is great! One thing that would be interesting to see is perhaps a version of the assault carrier for the vaygr. I have always loved that design, and another thing that would be interesting to see is if there is any way to incorporate the V1.2 mod into your design. That mod/patch added a few great little fixes like more realistic point defense and the way the ships move. But whatever you decide to do I still love this mod, best one that I've played!
