the noldor are regarded as the best fighters ever to walk the face of the earth, the vanyar have barely lost any of their numbers in the total life span of the world. besides them we have thorondor and his eagles, the full power of the maiar like melian, gandalf, saruman, etc. as if it wasn't enough we can add earendil in a flying boat. we must also remember the elves are eternally bound to Aman (they resurrect). numenor had no chance from the beginning, they might have killed a few villages and towns maybe even taken a castle or two, but once they went hand to hand with the elves and their allies they would all be slaughtered.

so is it possible to have more aoe CaH rather than single target hitters? like the Uruk-hai to simulate the berserkers in Helm's Deep for example

is it possible to make the towers in the outside layer of the caste/camp have a garrison? or is it only possible for the ones on the big build plots?
