I'm an indie writer, web designer, and visual novelist. This used to be the Paperviper profile, but I'm going to make a separate one for that later. Here's the original Paperviper description (for now, we are SenpaiJake games): This is the official Indiedb profile for Paperviper. We're a group of original indies formed to make epic games for free/cheap prices that the world can enjoy! Check us out on our website: paperviper.com

Report RSS Paperviper looking for Programmers and 3D Modellers!

Hello everyone,

For some time now we've been openly on the hunt for people just like us: gamers who hone skills that can contribute into the creation of video games. If you've read our About Page , you should already know a bit about our small group, what we do, and what we aim to be. Similar to the likes of Mojang and other companies along the line; we ("Paperviper") want to grow into our own little indie game company through the process of creating games. Right now, Co-founder of Paperviper Jake is working on WAGAKKIWA, which you may have seen floating around here on IndieDB. Though this is to be an official Paperviper game, it's continuing to be a one-man project (with the exception of contributions from some great people!) But we of Paperviper have many more ideas we would love to turn into games and leak out into the world for people to enjoy. To do so, we'd naturally need to build a team.

So, though we definitely should cover a team that engrosses most skills, we're really looking for a C# Programmer (or all-around programmer) and a 3D Modeller (that get's a plus if they can also animate the models). Right now; we're all working for free. Everyone that is a part of Paperviper is willingly putting work into their belief of making something great: that's why we've planned to grow a team, make a few good quality games, and release them for free to gain some good fans in the process.

We can't, however, do this without a formed team. We're looking for people that pretty much have at least a acknowledged clue as to what they're doing, and are willing to work with a new team for free, whenever, to create some small but enjoyable games that could forever create the foundation of our group. We want optimistic people, who believe in the indie style and doesn't care what style of game they're working on.

If you're interested, then please check out our Open Positions Page and then go apply by emailing us on our About Us page. We reply to all emails received within about 5 to 6 hours!! Just include your details and we'll definitely want to hear back from you! More details about our ideas, work, progress, and more of who we are will be disclosed to those who apply and willingly exchange emails in complete interests of being a part of Paperviper.

Thanks.
