The verify did repair something but it is still giving me the error.
Sadly didn't fix my problem.
I am able to run version 1.0 perfectly fine but 1.1 and this recent patch (which I was hoping would fix this problem) won't run at all for me.
I click the .exe in the folder and I get "- has stopped working" regardless of running in administrator, switching capability and so on. I'm kind of at a loss here. I don't know if anyone else is getting the same or if this is just me.
Running via steam and using windows 7 with a 1680x1050 resolution.

I believe this was in the other version of this game, but the Skaven town of "Reek" is inaccessible. I believe it's too close to the mountain. Any villagers or zealots that spawn near it are trapped in its gravitational pull.
Small stuff but there ya go.
I know there was problems caused by freelancer yes, I'm just wondering if sometime down the road we could see it implemented again but judging by what I've seen and heard, that will never happen.
I'm not saying the mod is bad or **** by any stretch of the means, I'm just saying that Freelancer gave Warsword a different level/path of things to do and with that gone, the game I feel lost a cool key feature.
But ya know, fanboys will be fanboys if the negative votes for simply sharing my opinion wasnt evidence enough.
But I look forward to the updates and hotfixes. The only path this mod has is forward. At least it isn't dead.
In regards to the Vampire Counts, I take it in the upcoming hotfixes and updates you guys will start them with some gear?
There is one option (I believe the noble or scholar) that gives you a book you can sell for 500 gold or so but some starting options start you with literally nothing. Hopefully this is brought to someone's attention within the team.
Yeah the bulkier armor, while pretty, definitely messed up the aim. And this isn't just a Chaos thing. The Empire rifles definitely cause some problems.

The only thing keeping me from truly being happy and enjoying the mod is the lack of Freelancer. Without it, it just feels like another Warband mod. Freelancer felt so right and worked so well, it made the tedious grinding of early game MnB bearable.
Hopefully someone can manage to reintroduce Freelancer in some way.
But it seems I might have to just grin and bear it.

They removed Freelancer. Meaning you can't join armies.
It means Freelancer was an excellent addition to the game and removing it was a terrible mistake.
At least in Freelancer, I had something to do besides contemplate physical violence when the guildmasters keep telling me to travel deep into the Chaos Wastes with my 5 recruits to go rescue some bitch.
I might not be poopsock levels like you but I know **** when I see it.
Real Talk: Why did you get rid of Freelancer? Will you be adding it back in?
At least Freelancer gave you something to do and gave you a sense of progression as you leveled up and campaigned with a Lord's army. That was the only reason I enjoyed Warsword. It felt so right to sign up with a Lord. Now it just feels like a shell.
The hell am I to do now? Go farm tournaments and quests I can barely find? Hope to Sigmar that Franz isn't *** deep in the Chaos Wastes when I need to return his Altdorf tax collection to him in hopes of being able to join the Empire?
