You shoud look for the "LaBashar" fanpatch. He did good changes that balance more Civ, but Corinos are really inferior.
I would like to suggest one thing to the creator mod. The madhi's units should have a limit of troops number. That llimit should be based on a rate of your total population. That make sense for me because it is your population who is make of FANATICS!!!
