Your version of GZdoom is probably incompatable, or you have some weird setting on in your options menu. Try downloading the latest version of GZdoom.

He's just called Tuskman, and there's a little flavor text after some of the maps.

It should work on recent versions of GZdoom. I downloaded gzdoom in early october of this year, so any version that's from this year should be good to go.
