Yes they can. At least severely damage it. The armor is against small arms only.

Minigun shoots standart NATO 7.62x51 cartridge. It has no power against armor, maybe except for destroying optical sights, antennas etc.

Small question, can you actually release the stuff you have so far?
I am the coder, and I feel the great lack of any kinds of custom models for my personal mod.
