Project Reality/Forgotten Hope 2 are the best mods for BF2 available. They did everything that could be done and are still continuing.

I still disagree, and although I know you guys are the DEV's I just really want to help you guys get it exactly right. Some people won't hear the difference and wouldn't even be bothered with this ''music-stuff'', and also I could just turn the music off if I didn't like it. But the point is that I want it to be right, and therefor am so persistent to help you guys ;).

Alle menschen werden brüder is much too jolly and happy. Also it's written in a Major tonality. I'm just talking from a classical musician's standpoint, wouldn't you agree that something like an excerpt from a dark Beethoven symphony is more appropriate for overal battle-gameplay. It would create a much more exciting kind of tension which would really contribute positively to the atmosphere. As for the ''it fits in lbs because there you don't fight the whole time'' yeah, I agree. But I really think that once the fighting begins (and because you fight 97% of the time on the crowded public servers) darker mooded and more heroic music should be heared.

With kind regards,

Sam

I disagree..
''that some of the music doesnt fit to brutal hand to hand combat is just your own opinion''. If you would understand the lyrics to for example Alle menschen werden brüder you wouldn't have said that.

Joy, lovely divine light,
Daughter of Elysium
etc.

All men will be brothers
Dwelling under the safety of your wings.

I don't see how killing eachother makes a brotherhood..

Edit:
Ich hab soeben gesehen das du aus Deutschland kommt, also du verstehst die lyrics doch genau :p.. Bin selb hollander.

Guys, I really want to get this of my chest: some of the music (most actually..) is totally not fitting for battle and some pieces are from wrong timeframes even though you guys claim ''napoleonic era music'', etc. Example: Radetzky March and Alle Menschen werden Brüder does not really go with brutal hand-to-hand combat to say at the slightest. Also at least 1 piece from the baroque era in there. Of course I could just turn the music off, but I hope I can contribute something for a more historically accurate experience. Of course the rest of the mod is absolutely well done. This was just something I had to say because those inconsistencies annoy me as a musician. As I said I'd be glad to help you guys get appropriate music in-game and be of service to you (Think late Beethoven, Schubert, Carl Mario von Weber, Chopin).
