Additional Information 4: 08c1c2e2da3cbd1c2f27966956841a74 attempted reinstalling the game, the mod, verifying through steam, disabling steam overlay, even redoing the entire monolith control level again, still nothing, I do have a mission I got from duty to obtain some enhanced rifle, however thats the only mission I've got on my PDA other than the story stuff.
