Zandronum doesn't support GLSL Shaders, sorry.
Now, if only they would update their code base to GZDoom 3.5 then this would be mostly already compatible.

No. Damage has not been touched.
It's just for an extra challenge, for realism or for a survivalist run.
BTW, for those that don't like the idea of a limited use chainsaw, I'm surprised there is a category for Tyson runs but no Leatherface runs... |3
