I just reinstalled Call of Pripyat. Couldn't play it since I bought it in 2009 or whenever it came out because of stuttering. Now on an AMD 7950 it's running silky smooth. I'm forcing Dynamic V-Sync and SMAA on with Radeon Pro and running everything maxed out and I think the game looks pretty damn good for it's age!
