Description
A polling officer works at an empty station during 10th parliamentary elections in Dhaka January 5, 2014.
Less than 10% of the registered voter used their right to vote.
It's a pretty sad thing if you ask me..
He odviously looks visually upset ((at least imo))
He's probably just bored.
Beside what's point of voting when opposition party boycotted the election? 156 candidates were re-elected even before the election took place.
